Update temp calib doc
Swap the animated temp-tower GIF for a static PNG and update the menu image. Reformat the nozzle temperature paragraph for readability, change a NOTE to a TIP, and add a NOTE explaining that the temp tower scales with nozzle diameter. Remove the old GIF file and include the new PNG asset.
