docs: switch multi-item contributors to bulleted sublists
Update Acknowledgments section for readability — contributors with multiple items now use nested bullet lists instead of inline commas. Also adds cbonnissent's configurable bwrap mount points contribution. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
