docs: fix links in docs; refine security page (#10874)
This PR fixes several broken links and anchors in the victoriametrics docs. Note about links changes in FAQ.md file. The links inside the paragraph break navigation in the right-side menu. To fix this, an explicit anchor definition has been added. The anchor is the same as before, setting it explsitly fixes the siebar links. See https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/vmdocs/issues/221 for the up-to-date list once this PR is merged. PR https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/VictoriaMetrics/pull/10874
