This may result in `cannot open file ...: no such file or directory` error on the next start. The probability of this error was quite high when NFS or EFS was used as persistent storage for VictoriaMetrics data. See [this issue](https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/VictoriaMetrics/issues/3038).

New option allows splitting the import process into chunks by time interval. This helps migrating data sets with high churn rate and provides better control over the process.
