Add AmazonBasics U3-7HUB as supported device

Browse Source 
AmazonBasics U3-7HUB power switching works, but only on 1 charge port with lightning symbol.
This should also work for similar AmazonBasics hubs U3-4HUB and U3-10HUB.

Closes #325.
